We are seeking a Full time Assistant Teacher for our Pre-K to join our organization! Supportive management team, competitive salary, and room to grow. This individual will plan and present age-appropriate activities for children. Experience in a NAEYC-accredited center is very helpful.
Hours:
8:45 - 5:45 pm Pre-K Assistant Teacher
Responsibilities:
- Instruct children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth.
- Create a fun and safe learning environment
- Follow the Lesson plan
- Taking the activity pictures and tag them in the App.
- Develop schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents
- Assist the Lead Teachers with day to day lesson plan activities.
- Maintain the health and safety of all students
- Keep the classroom tidy and organize.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields
- Passionate about working with children
- Ability to build rapport with children
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
