Highly paid Furniture Sales / Design Consultant

We are seeking a commission based Furniture Sales and Room Design Consultant to become an integral part of our team! Our top sales associates earn well over $100k/year. An "average" sales associate earns over $60k.

We are looking for team members at our Avon, Indiana location. You will be responsible for selling home furnishings and mattresses utilizing our proven room design program in a retail setting. Our most successful sales associates are able to provide a vision to our customers of how their room and entire home can be a point of pride.

Furniture sales and /or design experience is preferred. Making connection with our customers is the number one requirement.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Explain products and services to customers
• Coach the customer with a room plan that uses the right furnishings for the customer's lifestyle and color preferences.
• Enter and process customer orders

Qualifications:

• Make customer feel welcome! Let them know we really are here to help them solve their furniture needs.
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent verbal communication skills
