We are currently hiring a Residential & Light Commercial Service Plumber who wants consistent work, a supportive team, and a clear path to grow. This role focuses on true service work across homes and light commercial properties with no drain cleaning or sewer work required, allowing you to stay focused on skilled plumbing diagnostics, repairs, and customer solutions.

What You'll Do
Handle residential and light commercial service calls, diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues with a focus on quality and long-term solutions, perform system inspections and identify opportunities to improve performance and reliability, communicate clearly with customers to explain issues and recommend options without pressure, complete repairs, replacements, and general service work across plumbing systems, maintain accurate documentation and job details, and represent the company with professionalism in customers' homes and businesses.

What You Won't Do
No drain cleaning, no sewer work, no high-volume drain calls. This is true service plumbing focused on skill, problem-solving, and customer experience.

What We're Looking For
At least 2 years of plumbing experience with a strong service mindset, valid driver's license with an insurable record, ability to communicate clearly with customers and teammates, strong attention to detail and organization, ability to read blueprints and understand local plumbing codes, solid knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials, commitment to safety and awareness of jobsite hazards, and a self-motivated, dependable attitude with the ability to work independently.
