What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems across a variety of facilities

• Service rooftop units, split systems, package units, VAV systems, exhaust systems, and related mechanical equipment

• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections

• Diagnose electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and control system issues

• Read wiring diagrams, blueprints, and mechanical schematics

• Complete equipment start-ups and operational testing

• Document repairs and communicate recommendations with customers and facility managers

• Work safely while maintaining high standards of workmanship and professionalism

• Assist with larger commercial equipment, including boilers, chillers, or building automation systems, as experience allows

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of commercial HVAC service experience

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities

• Working knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical controls, and commercial HVAC equipment

• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals

• Experience performing preventive maintenance and commercial service repairs

• Ability to work independently while managing daily service calls

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• Strong communication skills and professional customer service

Preferred Qualifications

• EPA Certification

• Experience servicing chillers or boilers

• Building Automation System (BAS) experience

• Experience with commercial controls and advanced diagnostics

• Manufacturer certifications are a plus
