We are seeking a customer-focused, energetic professional to join our team and help create an exceptional showroom experience for every visitor. In this role, you will guide customers through product selections, provide knowledgeable recommendations, and support a smooth sales process from initial greeting through final purchase. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, working in a fast-paced retail environment, and delivering service that reflects a high standard of professionalism.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome customers into the showroom and create a positive, professional first impression.
  • Listen carefully to customer needs and recommend products that align with their goals, preferences, and budget.
  • Present product features, benefits, and options in a clear and engaging way.
  • Prepare quotes, process sales transactions, and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Follow up with prospective and existing customers to support ongoing sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to delivery or installation, as applicable.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing showroom environment.
  • Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and company offerings.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, or a related client-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to build rapport, ask thoughtful questions, and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Comfortable working with sales systems, point-of-sale tools, and basic computer applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Professional demeanor, reliability, and a commitment to quality service.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in showroom sales or consultative sales environments.
  • Knowledge of product lines relevant to the business.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or sales tracking tools.
  • Experience meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Additional Information

Salary : $45,000 - $95,000
