Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Sales Operations and Growth Enablement to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This full-time, on-site role involves overseeing sales operations strategies and tools, streamlining sales processes, and driving revenue growth. The Senior Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize sales performance, enhance enablement resources, and ensure alignment between sales goals and business objectives. Additional responsibilities include analyzing operational data to identify opportunities, implementing insights-driven sales strategies, and fostering collaboration between departments.
Qualifications
- Advanced expertise in Sales Operations, Revenue Management, and Performance Analytics
- Experience in Growth Enablement, Sales Strategies, and Sales Enablement tools
- Strong ability in Business Analysis, Data Interpretation, and Forecasting
- Proficiency in SFDC, Team Collaboration, and Effective Communication
- Proven track record in implementing strategies to improve sales efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales technology solutions is a plus
