Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled General Contractor/GM to lead and manage a local branch of a high volume Residential ADU builder. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role will serve as the GM for this location, with aggressive performance related bonuses and local responsibility over their operation. The GM will manage the onboarding of clients and the construction of projects, while being supported heavily by Headquarters.
This role will be qualified 50% Skills and 50% attitude. The Person should be ambitious, and excited to take ownership over a rapidly growing company. They will be responsible for managing a small team responsible from pipeline to completion of construction projects. They will be responsible for their team and will be rewarded generously based on performance. Business execution is fully systemized and guided by our head quarters.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
