Develop, manage, measure and report on key service-levelmetrics. Performtrend analyses, and develop action plans for improving service timeliness and reducingcosts.Developand maintain relationships with all IT and applicable business units to ensure that IT delivered services and end-user productivity goals are understood andexceeded.Determinesoperational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
Designs new standard operating procedures and/or processes by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writingspecifications.Recommendscontrols by identifying problems; writing improvedprocedures.Providesreferences for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing the service delivery teamssupport.Maintainsprofessional and up to date technical knowledge for industry bestpractices.Recommendsand/or leads training of analysts within the Service Deliveryteams.Collaboratewith management and key stakeholders to help implement strategic plans, improvement initiatives, and optimize process where appropriate and necessary.
