GOAT USA is looking for an exceptional District Manager to lead and support retail operations across multiple store locations. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, operational excellence, team development, and brand consistency throughout an assigned district. Serving as the key connection between the HQ Office and store teams, the District Manager ensures the successful execution of company initiatives, operational standards, merchandising strategies, and customer experience expectations across all locations.

Job Purpose

The District Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing retail operations across 10 GOAT USA locations. This role drives sales growth, operational excellence, and brand consistency by developing high-performing teams, coaching Store Managers, and fostering a customer-first culture. As the primary link between the HQ Office and store teams, the District Manager ensures consistent execution of company strategies, visual standards, operational processes, and customer experience initiatives across all locations. This role combines strong leadership, business acumen, and a passion for the GOAT USA brand to drive performance, strengthen team development, and support overall business growth. The District Manager reports directly to the VP of Retail.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop Store Managers and retail teams across multiple GOAT USA locations.
• Drive sales performance and profitability by analyzing KPIs, identifying opportunities, and implementing action plans.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top retail talent to support both immediate and long-term business goals.
• Conduct regular store visits focused on coaching, team development, operational standards, and customer experience.
• Ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising, product presentation, and brand standards across all stores.
• Develop district-level merchandising and sales strategies based on product performance, seasonality, and customer trends.
• Monitor store performance and provide consistent follow-up to ensure accountability and achievement of business objectives.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment that reflects GOAT USA’s culture and values.
• Partner with Store Managers to create strong employee engagement and development plans.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective, sustainable solutions.
• Ensure all stores operate in compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational expectations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HQ teams including Operations, Marketing, Merchandising, Planning, and HR.
• Support new store openings, store events, and other company initiatives as needed.
• Travel regularly throughout the assigned district to maintain a strong field presence and support store teams.

District: This position is based out of the GOAT USA retail store located in the Palisades Center in West Nyack, NY. This position will oversee all aspects of store operations across a defined market of 10 locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• 5 years of multi-unit retail management experience, preferably within apparel retail.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive business results across multiple store locations.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong communication, leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Full-Time, exempt.
• Hours: flexible and committed, with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. A minimum of 40 hours per week is required.
• Willing and able to travel, including overnight, to support business needs.

SALARY RANGE

The salary for is a range from $105,000-$125,000 annually. The salary offered will take into account a number of factors, including the applicant job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. A bonus may be included as part of the compensation package offer.
