THE POSITION
Our client is a Regional Commercial Bank seeking to fill Relationship Manager / Commercial Banking positions. Proven ability to self-generate C&I and CRE lending opportunities, as well as deposit business. Experience in credit analysis and risk assessment is required. Five to seven year experience preferred.
Only candidates with work experience at commercial / business banks will be considered.
Salary Range: $100,000.00 To $191,000.00 Annually.
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and/or education, and location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus.
SUMMARY
The Relationship Manager is responsible for building and managing a portfolio of Commercial and/or Commercial Real Estate clients, focusing on generating C & I and/or commercial real estate loans (Owner and Non-Owner Occupied), deposits, and other banking products offered by the Bank. This role also involves supporting the Department’s sales and service initiatives to retain existing client relationships while driving the growth of new business opportunities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Ensure compliance with all Bank policies, procedures, and applicable federal and state laws.
- Support Department goals by contributing to earnings growth, participating in community activities, and assisting with budget management.
- Work with the Manager to implement and enforce Bank operating, lending, and audit policies.
- Help maintain compliance with the Bank’s CRA policies and objectives.
- Support sales and service efforts to retain existing clients and attract new business.
- Manage personal sales activities to achieve Department targets.
- Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
