What You’ll Do
- Own and resolve operational issues, escalations, and account discrepancies
- Reconcile servicing transactions with a high degree of accuracy
- Identify root causes and implement long-term fixes
- Improve processes, documentation, and workflows to reduce errors
- Partner across Operations, IT, and Client teams to execute improvements
- Fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and time-sensitive work
- High attention to detail required across multiple systems and processes
- Frequent problem-solving and issue resolution
- Ongoing collaboration across teams and stakeholders
- Stay organized and accurate while managing multiple priorities
- Can shift quickly and stay calm under pressure
- Take ownership of problems and follow them through to resolution
- Enjoy improving processes—not just maintaining them
- Bring urgency, accountability, and attention to detail to your work
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, reconciliations, or issue resolution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or loan servicing
- Experience with payment processing, reconciliations, or account-level research
- Familiarity with CRM, SQL or workflow tools (Salesforce a plus)
- Escalations are resolved end-to-end with minimal handoffs
- Errors decrease due to root-cause improvements you implement
- Processes are more efficient, documented, and scalable
