What You’ll Do
- Design and deploy scalable AI/ML and LLM-powered applications that drive measurable business impact
- Build and maintain data pipelines, vector databases, and AI infrastructure for production systems
- Develop backend APIs and integrations using Python and SQL to embed AI capabilities into business processes
- Manage the AI lifecycle including deployment, monitoring, optimization, and retraining
- Implement evaluation frameworks and AI safety guardrails to ensure reliable and responsible AI usage
- A highly hands-on engineering role focused on building production-ready AI solutions
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams including Analytics, Operations, Finance, and Business Intelligence
- Opportunities to work with emerging technologies including RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and Voice AI

- Strong software engineering foundation with experience building scalable backend systems
- Experience working with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn
- Familiarity with LLM orchestration tools like LangChain or LlamaIndex
- Comfortable translating technical concepts into business-friendly solutions
- Able to manage multiple priorities and proactively identify technical risks
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, AI, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 2 years of experience building and deploying AI/ML or LLM applications in production environments
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience managing data pipelines and MLOps tooling
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP along with Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with Voice AI, Speech-to-Text (STT), and Text-to-Speech (TTS) technologies
- Experience working in Financial Services or other regulated industries
- Successfully deploys production-ready AI solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Builds scalable and reliable AI pipelines, APIs, and automation workflows with minimal oversight
- Becomes a trusted technical partner to Business Intelligence, Operations, Finance, and other business teams
