Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Manager, based in Palm Desert, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, building strong relationships, and enhancing customer retention through proactive communication and support. You will analyze customer data to identify trends and provide solutions that address client needs. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing adoption of GoAccess solutions while being the voice of the customer within the company.
