We partner with high-end, luxury HOA communities to deliver premium, customizable visitor management and access control solutions. Our clients include HOA boards, community association managers, and security directors who expect professionalism, precision, and white-glove execution.
We are hiring a Client Onboarding & Implementation Manager to own the full post-sale journey — from signed contract through successful go-live.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, structured operator who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys coordinating complex projects across multiple stakeholders. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Support to ensure every implementation is delivered on time, professionally executed, and aligned with client expectations.

5 Key Responsibilities
1. Own the onboarding lifecycle from contract signature through successful go-live.
2. Manage multiple concurrent implementations (5–15 accounts depending on stage) with clear timelines and milestones.
3. Serve as the primary onboarding point of contact for HOA boards, property managers, and security teams.
4. Coordinate cross-functional execution across Sales, Engineering, and Support to remove blockers and drive momentum.
5. Build and continuously improve onboarding playbooks, documentation, and internal processes as the company scales.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
1. 2 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, Access Control, Community management.
2. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with clear timelines and accountability.
3. Strong executive-level communication skills (comfortable presenting to board members or senior stakeholders).
4. Experience working inside CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and project management tools.
5. Highly organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
6. Experience in prop-tech, access control, security tech, HOA/property management, or real estate.
7. Experience building onboarding frameworks or improving implementation workflows.
8. Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
