- Fluent in Chinese and English, H1B Sponsorship might be available
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
- Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
- Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping
Marketing-related work experience or academic background (prefer).
