Controller / Senior Accounting Manager

Base Salary: $95,000–$110,000 Annual Bonus

Schedule: Full-time, Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote after onboarding)

GO2 Delivery is a 30-year leader in sustainable, technology-driven courier and logistics services specializing in healthcare, pharmacy, and B2B delivery. Headquartered in Virginia, we’re known for reliability, innovation, and efficiency in carbon-neutral last-mile delivery.

Our core operation, GO2 Delivery, generates approximately $6 million in annual revenue. We also oversee two smaller affiliated entities — Deliver Local (restaurant delivery platform) and Ben Arden Investments (real estate holdings) — each generating about $100,000 annually and requiring minimal day-to-day oversight.

We’re seeking a hands-on financial leader — whether you identify most as a Controller, Accounting Manager, or Director of Accounting — to oversee our accounting operations, financial reporting, and HR administration.

This position is ideal for a motivated accounting professional ready to step into a leadership role in a stable, growth-oriented company. You’ll manage 1–2 accounting/administrative staff, coordinate with external accountants, and partner closely with the CEO to strengthen financial systems and support continued expansion.

• Oversee daily accounting operations (A/P, A/R, GL, bank reconciliations, and reporting)
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements
• Maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and financial documentation
• Coordinate with external CPA for audits, tax filings, and compliance
• Oversee HR administration including onboarding, benefits, and recordkeeping
• Lead process and systems improvements to drive accuracy and efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred)
• 5–10 years of accounting experience, including 2 years in a Controller, Accounting Manager, or Director-level role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and multi-entity accounting
• Experience managing HR and payroll processes with third-party providers
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
