Social Media and Marketing Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies, App and web site maintenance, enhance brand visibility, and engage our target audience across multiple platforms. Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Create engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts aligned with branding guidelines.
• Utilize tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics.
• Conduct keyword research to optimization to increase organic reach and improve search engine rankings.
• Manage social listening to track brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital channels to maximize reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with the public relations team to coordinate outreach efforts and manage relationship management initiatives.
• Proofread all content for accuracy, consistency, and brand voice before publication.
• Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
• Support e-commerce initiatives through targeted digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic and conversions.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance our marketing efforts.

Experience

• Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software.
• Hands-on experience with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer (application).
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and Facebook Advertising platform.
• Strong graphic design skills with an eye for branding consistency across digital channels.
• Experience in content creation including photography, video editing, proofreading, and storytelling.
• Familiarity with public relations strategies within digital marketing contexts.
