Go Therapy is co-owned by two neurodivergent women who understand the significance of comprehensive care. We established GO Therapy with a mission to create a collaborative team that offers physical therapy (PT), occupational therapy (OT), speech-language pathology (SLP), and mental health services in a neurodiversity-affirming environment.
In addition to our holistic care model, we emphasize a developmental, child-led, and play-based approach, leveraging a child's strengths to foster growth.

- Clinicians working 40 hours/week can expect 28 patient contact hours/week

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients' needs to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' daily living skills and overall function.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and effective discharge planning.
- Educate patients and families on treatment processes and adaptive techniques.
- Document patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.
Qualifications
- Valid speech language pathology license from MN DOH or temporary license
- Strong patient care and assessment skills
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Familiarity with working with diverse populations
