CDL CLASS A TRUCK DRIVER - GO THE DISTANCE TRANSPORT LLC
Go The Distance Transport LLC is seeking a dependable and safety focussed CDL Class A Truck Driver to operate our company owned tractor trailer. We are looking for a professional driver who takes pride in safe, timely and reliable freight transportation.
COMPENSATION:
-Driver receives 25%-28% of gross load revenue, based on experience and qualifications.
- Estimated earnings: $1,500-$3,000 per week.
- Actual weekly earnings vary depending on freight volume, load revenue, and loads completed.
RESONSIBILITIES:
-Safety operate a Class A tractor trailer.
-Pick up and deliver freight safely and on time.
-Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
-Maintain accurate electronic logs and comply with Hours-of Service requirements.
-Follow all DOT and FMCSA safety regulations.
-Maintain communication regarding pickups, deliveries, delays and equipment issues.
-Properly secure freight when required.
-Maintain company equipment in a clean and professional condition.
-Immediately report accidents, violations, maintenance concerns, or safety issues.
REQUIRMENTS:
-Valid Class A CDL.
-Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
-Must meet applicable DOT/FMCSA driver qualification requirements.
-Ability to pass required drug and alcohol testing.
-Dependable, professional, and safety focused.
-Must be able to operate the assigned company equipment safely.
