Go Store It
Some people walk past the piece of trash or ignore the leaky faucet.
You’re not that person.
You stop. You fix it.
Because you can’t stand leaving something half-done.
That’s who we hire.
The kind of person who shows up, keeps things running, and doesn’t need someone looking over their shoulder.
We hand you the keys.
You take care of the place.
And we take care of you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off.
Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
Turn over units after move-outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter.
Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they’re working.
Help customers when they’re on site and need a hand.
Take care of the place so it looks right and runs smooth. Like something you’re proud to be part of.
