What Youll Do:
· Underwrite acquisition and development opportunities using advanced financial models (IRR, cap rates, sensitivity, etc.)
· Support full-cycle deal execution: due diligence, site visits, third-party coordination, and closings
· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform investment decisions
· Partner with development, legal, asset management, and finance teams
· Track KPIs, identify value-add opportunities, and support portfolio optimization

What Were Looking For:
· 24 years of experience in real estate investment, corporate finance, or financial analysis
· Bachelors in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
· Advanced Excel modeling skills required; experience with ARGUS, CoStar, or Yardi a plus
· Strong understanding of real estate financial metrics (NOI, IRR, cap rates)
· Clear communicator with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts
