What Youll Do
As an Area Manager, youll take a top-to-bottom leadership approachowning the customer experience, team development, and operational excellence across your district.
Lead & Inspire
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing, customer-focused teams
- Motivate teams to exceed sales and service goals
Drive Performance
- Analyze financial and operational reports to identify trends and opportunities
- Manage expenses, optimize budgets, and implement cost-saving strategies
Own Operations
- Oversee facility maintenance, vendor partnerships, and cleanliness standards
- Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and regulatory requirements
Inspect What You Expect
- Conduct site visits and audits across your region
- Deliver actionable insights and follow through on improvements
Champion the Customer Experience
- Ensure every location delivers a welcoming, well-maintained environment
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
- Partner with HR, Marketing, Revenue Management, Facilities, Procurement, and Call Center teams to drive results
What You Bring
- Proven leadership experience in retail, hospitality, service, or multi-site operations
- A track record of building and leading high-performing teams
- Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, audits, and performance metrics
- A passion for sales, service, and operational excellence
- Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Bachelors degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time
