Our commitment toprecision manufacturing and continuous improvement drives our success.Job SummaryThe Plastic Injection Mold Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintainingplastic injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic components. Theoperator ensures that production runs efficiently, meets quality standards, and adheres tosafety protocols. Key Responsibilities• Set up, start, and operate injection molding machines according to specifications.• Monitor machine parameters and make adjustments as needed to maintain part qualityand production efficiency.• Inspect finished parts for defects such as flash, short shots, or color inconsistencies.• Perform routine maintenance on molds and machines, including cleaning and lubrication.• Record production data, downtime, and quality control results.• Troubleshoot issues with molds, materials, and machines.• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with company andindustry standards.• Follow all workplace safety and environmental regulations. Experience and Knowledge• Hands-on experience with plastic injection molding machines, tooling setup, and processadjustments.• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electricalsystems.• Knowledge of mold maintenance, thermoplastic materials, and color mixing.• Experience reading technical drawings, using precision instruments, and documentingproduction data.• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly and effectively.• Team-oriented, dependable, and quality-focused work ethic.
