Project Manager – Multifamily Construction
Location: San Diego, CA
Compensation: $95,000 – $140,000 Base Bonus (DOE)
About the Opportunity
We are a growing, San Diego-based construction company focused on multifamily and residential development projects. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a hands-on Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from pre-construction through completion.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage multifamily construction projects from start to finish
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and project timelines
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
- Review plans, specs, and scopes to ensure project accuracy
- Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Conduct regular job site visits and ensure quality control
- Maintain communication with clients, ownership, and internal teams
- Ensure projects stay on track for cost, schedule, and quality
What We’re Looking For
- 3–7 years of construction project management experience
- Strong background in multifamily, apartments, or residential construction
- Ability to manage multiple projects or phases simultaneously
- Experience with ground-up or major renovation projects
- Solid understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and scheduling
- Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, etc. is a plus)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience working with a growing or mid-sized GC
- Estimating or preconstruction exposure
- Local San Diego market knowledge
- Degree in Construction Management or related field
