- Background in special education, behavioral health, child care, or school environments
- Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention), PMT (Positive Milieu Training), or RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certifications are a plus but not required
- Reliable, patient, and collaborative approach to working within teams
