We’re looking for a Project Flow Coordinator to join our team part-time (starting at 15 hours/week). This role is for someone who thrives in structure, loves keeping projects on track, and has an eye for details. You’ll help manage client project logistics, support day-to-day operations, and keep schedules organized so the Founder can focus on growth and sales.
What You’ll Do:
· Project Coordination
· Support planning and logistics for client events and campaigns
· Track timelines, deliverables, and tasks across projects
· Communicate with vendors, partners, and clients as needed
· Maintain project management tools and task lists
· Operations Support
· Manage scheduling and help streamline workflows
· Handle recurring tasks and offloaded responsibilities to keep operations flowing
· Assist with preparation for meetings, proposals, and reports
· Light Marketing Support
· Assist with Canva graphics, email drafts, and capturing event footage
· Help maintain promotional timelines for events and campaigns
· Contribute to brand consistency across client-facing content
Skills & Qualifications:
· Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
· Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks
· Confident communicator (written verbal) with a collaborative approach
· Comfortable working independently in a hybrid/remote environment
· High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree a plus
· 21 years or older
· Some marketing experience (email, Canva, or social media preferred)
· Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office, Canva, and project management software (ClickUp experience a plus)
· Reliable transportation for occasional on-site support
Flexibility for some evening/weekend event work and light travel (approx. 10%)

Preferred Qualifications:
