The Senior Associate, Strategy & Transformation is a high-impact individual contributor role embedded within Go Rentals' Strategy & Transformation function. Reporting directly to the VP of Strategy & Transformation, this role is designed for an analytically rigorous, intellectually driven professional who can support the development and execution of Go's corporate strategy and Value Creation Plan (VCP).

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors, including, without limitation, skill sets, education, shift covered, responsibilities, seniority, geographical market, merit, output, productivity, prior training or experience, and travel.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree required; strong academic record expected.
• 2–4 years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (Bain, BCG, McKinsey, or equivalent); candidates with a mix of consulting and industry experience will also be considered.
• Demonstrated experience leading or contributing to complex, cross-functional workstreams.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Analytical & Technical Skills

• Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills — able to build financial models, size opportunities, and synthesize large data sets into clear insights.
• Strong working knowledge of BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint at a consulting-caliber level.

• Strategy & Communication Skills

• Strong structured thinking and problem-solving skills — able to break down ambiguous problems and develop clear, actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop polished, executive-ready materials.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex information into concise, compelling narratives for senior audiences.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality of output.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in transportation, car rental, travel, hospitality, or private equity-backed growth environments.
• Familiarity with Value Creation Plans (VCPs), operating model design, or enterprise transformation programs.
• Exposure to AI or advanced analytics use cases in business contexts.
• Experience supporting board or investor communications.

Salary : $135,000 - $150,000
