What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales & Events Manager position at GO RENTALS?
Where precision meets luxury and every detail matters!
At Go Rentals, we don’t just support events, we elevate them. Our brand is built on exceptional service, meticulous attention to detail, and delivering a premium, white-glove experience at every interaction. We are seeking a highly organized, service-driven Sales & Events Coordinator to help bring these experiences to life across a national footprint.
This is not your typical coordination role. You will operate at the intersection of luxury service, high-profile partnerships, and fast-paced event execution, serving as the engine behind seamless sponsorship activations, multi-market events, and elevated guest experiences. If you thrive on logistics, anticipate needs before they arise, and can keep multiple moving parts perfectly aligned, this role is for you.
In this role, you will coordinate and execute logistics for sponsorships and events across multiple U.S. markets, managing timelines, deliverables, and activation schedules to ensure flawless delivery. You will oversee travel arrangements and build detailed, multi-day itineraries for internal teams, executives, and VIP guests, adapting quickly to real-time changes. Serving as a central point of contact for partners, sponsors, and guests, you will deliver a high-touch, white-glove experience while managing communications, guest lists, and hospitality access. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, local operations, and internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and seamless execution. Additionally, you will support the Sales team by maintaining CRM records, assisting with presentations and reporting, and compiling post-event recaps and performance insights, while handling additional responsibilities as needed.
