You'll design certification programs, lead change in the field, and make professional growth our most powerful retention tool.

The Learning Strategy Design and execute an enterprise-wide L&D vision that links every program to business goals, operational excellence, and career growth. |

Certification Programs Build role-based learning pathways and certifications tied to core job duties — from Carcierge through VP — and keep them sharp as roles evolve. |

Field Enablement Lead the learning side of operational change, equipping field teams across all locations to adopt new systems and processes fast and confidently. |

Travel Approximately 40–60% to field locations, including air, car & overnight stays — sometimes on short notice based on training cycles.
Physical Stand, walk, and drive for extended periods; lift up to 25 lbs; work across varied operational environments.
Requirements Authorized to work in the U.S.; valid driver's license; current auto insurance or proof of insurability.
Pre-Employment Offer contingent on a criminal background check and drug screening, conducted per applicable fair-chance laws.

Pay Ranges: Compensation may vary based on factors including skill set, education, responsibilities, seniority, geographic market, merit, productivity, prior experience, and travel.

Qualifications:
What You Bring
- 7–10 years in training, L&D, or people development
- Bachelor's in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or Education
- Expertise in instructional design, in-person & LMS
- Experience building performance-tied certification programs
- Strong grounding in adult learning principles
- Track record driving engagement & retention through development
- Field & organizational change management experience
- Skill in training needs & job-task analysis
- Multi-state compliance training design & tracking
- Guest-experience training, luxury or hospitality a big plus
- eLearning tools: Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate
- Familiarity with AI & emerging learning technologies
Preferred: Advanced degree or L&D / instructional design certifications · change management methodology (Prosci, ADKAR) · Kirkpatrick evaluation & training ROI. We take a skills-first approach — an equivalent mix of education and hands-on experience is welcome.
