Position Overview
We're looking for enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Go Play Team Members. In this role, you'll help create a safe, clean, and fun environment where children can play and families can make memories.
Customer service is at the heart of everything we do. Whether you're welcoming guests, monitoring play areas, assisting with birthday parties, or helping maintain the facility, you'll play an important role in delivering an exceptional experience for every family that visits.

Responsibilities
- Greet all guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
- Check guests into the facility while following all company policies and procedures.
- Process payments for admissions, parties, food and beverage purchases, and retail items using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a safe and secure play environment by monitoring activities and reinforcing play area rules.
- Ensure the safety of all guests by providing guidance and correction in a kind, respectful, but firm manner when needed.
- Encourage safe, independent play and positive interactions among guests.
- Support birthday parties, special events, games, crafts, and other activities.
- Communicate professionally and positively with both children and adults.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility throughout each shift.
- Assist with stocking supplies, organizing materials, and other operational needs.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in childcare, teaching, camp counseling, or youth programs preferred.
- Previous retail, food service, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout the shift.
- Frequently move throughout the facility to monitor guest safety and cleanliness.
- Ability to bend, reach, carry, and perform light physical tasks as needed.
- Comfortable working in an active, fast-paced environment with children and families.
