Compensation: Competitive base uncapped commissions
What You'll Do:
Make outbound calls to businesses and generate qualified leads
Present and promote our exclusive $20 group health plans
Identify decision-makers and close deals
Maintain accurate records in our CRM
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to handle objections and turn leads into sales
Goal-oriented with a hunter mentality
Previous experience in insurance, healthcare, or HR services is a plus
