Position Summary:

Responsible for the direct and indirect care of patients. Plans, organizes, and directs the specialty service under their charge. Effectively communicates pertinent information to provide optimum patient care. Assists the director and clinical coordinator in assuming responsibility for administrative management of a specific area. Assists in the development and monitoring of performance improvement issues. Works to ensure competent staff can meet the needs of the patient population. Emphasis is placed on excellent clinical outcomes in quality and ensuring exceptional patient experiences.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education

Associate's or Diploma degree from an accredited school of nursing

Minimum Experience

2 years nursing experience preferred

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Current Kansas RN licensure
