Job Title: Billing Clerk/Accounts Receivable
Job Summary: Prepare invoices for customers and other clerical duties
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare invoices for customers in precise, timely and clear manner – Viewpoint Spectrum Accounting
Develop rate sheets for customers
Develop rental rates for Welco Equipment
Develop spreadsheets for T&M invoices
Work with Projection Manager to develop customer invoices
Ensure the invoices reach their destination including the information customers require
Maintain customer tax exempt forms/status
Maintain customer credit card payments
Generate and maintain job procedures for billing duties
Maintain job files, hard copies as well as software copies
Maintain customer information in accounting system
Prepare and distribute daily job list
Maintain quote files
Attend job meetings
Answer phone
Perform other related duties as directed by Office Manager
Computer Requirements:
Proficient with Microsoft Office – Excel and Word
Viewpoint Accounting systems preferred – will train
Special Requirements:
Associate’s degree in accounting field preferred
Professional and courteous manners when dealing with customers, vendors and co-workers
AIA billing knowledge

Compensation: Hourly position rate determined upon experience
