Responsibilities:
- Drive and operate vehicles safely.
- Examine vehicles to diagnose and discuss the nature and extent of damages.
- Provide labor time estimates for repairs.
- Prepare and paint affected areas of vehicles.
- Communicate any additional repair needs promptly to the management team.
- Adhere strictly to dealership policies regarding vehicle care and operation.
- Complete all necessary documentation for repairs.
- Familiarize yourself with the dealership's computer system.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Attend department and dealership meetings as required.

Experience:
- Auto body repair: 3-5 years
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Vocational/technical school preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Basic computer skills required
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
- Must be willing to undergo a background check
Salary : $50,000 - $85,000
