Jobs Responsibilities

• Familiar with business needs as well as processes; and works closely with external vendor toget things done using Salesforce platform.
• Review and challenge the estimation provided by external vendor.
• Collaboration with other parties, including customer, business delivery lead, third party development team, etc. This is mainly to understand requirements, manage expectations, and deliver solutions that matches expectation and effective communication.
• Review automation of business processes, reports & dashboards, custom components, etc. developed by team.
• Deconstruct complex requirements into simpler parts and approve solutions provided by team.
• Analyze the problem well and conclude with the development team if the solution can beput in place with out-of-the-box functionality or with custom change.
• Versatility in working across projects and domains.
  
  

Qualification/ Prerequisites

• Required minimum 5 years’ experience in software development.
• Required minimum 2 years’ experience in application development on Salesforce platform.
• Salesforce platform knowledge, including its architecture, data model, security model, and numerous features and functionalities.
• Aware of the high-level functionalities of different Salesforce products or clouds.
• Knowledge of Salesforce’s low-code or no-code (declarative) technologies for building custom solutions. Dynamic Forms, Flow Builder, Lightning App Builder, etc.
• Excellent verbal, written and representation communication skills.
• Strong and professional work ethics and time management skills to deliver results and meet challenging deadlines.
• Good analytical reasoning.
