Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist at our location in Tacoma, WA. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs, providing outstanding customer service during the sales process, and achieving individual and team sales goals. This role includes scheduling test drives, explaining financing options, maintaining product knowledge, and building long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills essential for engaging with diverse customers and fostering positive relationships
• Proven Sales skills, including the ability to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience
• Experience with Sales Management and Training is highly desirable
• Proficient in understanding and explaining product features and financing options
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Prior experience in the automotive industry or retail sales is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in sales or business is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
