About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Executive Director to lead the Chamber with professionalism, creativity, and a commitment to what’s best for the organization and its members. This highly visible role manages a small team and works closely with the Board of Trustees to set strategic direction, strengthen member engagement, and advocate for the business community.
What You’ll Do
- Drive strategic planning and implement initiatives that align with the Chamber’s mission and vision.
- Assess current operations and recommend improvements to enhance member value.
- Manage and develop staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
- Engage with members—small businesses and large corporations alike—to ensure inclusivity and support, through programming, member engagement, and other relevant activities.
- Oversee budgeting and financial health, advising the Board on key decisions.
- Represent the Chamber at community events and build strong relationships with local businesses, government, and stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of leadership experience in business, nonprofit, or related sectors.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability in strategic planning, budgeting, and team leadership.
- Creative problem solver with adaptability and a fresh perspective.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.

Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
