Salary Range: $15.00 – $22.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to a high volume of inbound customer calls with professionalism and care
- Assist callers by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing accurate information
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our system
- Follow company policies and procedures while delivering top-tier customer support
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department or supervisor when needed
- Meet performance targets for call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
