Position Overview
Go Grow ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy services for a 18-year-old client. This is a fully in-person role in the client’s home located in Mullica Hill, NJ. The RBT will work under the ongoing supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities
- Provide1:1 in-home ABA therapy
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA
- Collect accurate session data and complete required documentation
- Participate in weekly BCBA supervision
- Attend company trainings and team meetings
- Communicate professionally with caregivers and clinical staff
- Follow all clinical, ethical, and company guidelines
Requirements
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (preferred)
- Experience working with children preferred
- Reliable transportation to the client’s home.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Consistent attendance and professionalism
- Ability to follow treatment plans and accept clinical feedback
Duties
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect, record, and analyze data related to client behaviors, progress, and response to interventions to ensure effective treatment adjustments.
- Support clients during teaching sessions by utilizing evidence-based strategies to enhance communication, social skills, and adaptive behaviors.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, care plans, and behavioral records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with team members, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency in behavioral strategies and support systems.
- Participate in ongoing training on medical terminology, behavior management techniques, and data collection methods to stay current with best practices.
