The Sales Shark will:
- Be laser focused, exude confidence and self-assuredness
- Execute sales with precision
- Not be deterred or distracted from achieving the quota
- Be aggressive
- Not allow fear, insecurity, or any other form of hesitation distract them
- Listen to the customer’s needs
- Clearly convey the product’s benefits and answer questions about the same
- Connect with consumers
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and have strong verbal communication skills
- Be highly initiative taking
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Genuinely care about the clientele’s needs, ensuring they feel valued by our business, thereby resulting in their return to purchase further
- Report directly to the Store Manager, whom will set sales quota goals, provide insights into client leads, new products, and sales pitch ideas to motivate customer sales initiatives
- Have the physical endurance to stand for long hours
- Be fluent in English
