As the Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock management and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Conduct interviews and hire new staff members while providing ongoing training and development.
- Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, including administrative tasks such as scheduling and payroll management.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication among staff members.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or a related field with a strong focus on sales performance.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to better serve our diverse customer base.
- Strong team management abilities with a track record of successfully leading teams to achieve goals.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and staff alike.

- Must be minimum 21 years of age.
