We're looking for an Operations Manager who loves developing people, creating great guest experiences, and running a strong restaurant.

You'll lead daily operations at our Georgetown location, develop Team Members and Shift Supervisors, maintain operational standards, and help build a strong foundation for the business.

This is a hands-on leadership position, but success isn't measured by how much you can do yourself.

Develop Your Team

• Coach, support, and develop Team Members and Shift Supervisors.
• Help employees build confidence, learn new skills, and grow into leadership roles.
• Give clear feedback, recognize great work, and address performance concerns.
• Create an environment where people feel respected and accountable.

Create Great Guest Experiences

• Make every guest feel welcomed, valued, and cared for.
• Lead by example through genuine hospitality.
• Help the team anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with care.
• Make great service everyone's responsibility.

Own Daily Operations

• Lead daily restaurant operations through your team.
• Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, product quality, and service.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, inventory, ordering, and waste.
• Identify problems, address root causes, and follow through on solutions.
• Ensure the restaurant is prepared to deliver a great experience every day.

Understand the Business

• Monitor sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and waste.
• Use business results to identify opportunities and make improvements.
• Work with ownership to improve restaurant performance.
• Take responsibility for results, not just completing tasks.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience leading teams in restaurants, hospitality, or other fast-paced service environments.
• Enjoys coaching people and helping them succeed.
• Communicates clearly and handles difficult conversations with respect.
• Makes thoughtful decisions and stays calm under pressure.
• Balances great hospitality with strong operational standards.
• Takes responsibility, follows through, and holds others accountable.
• Understands scheduling, labor management, inventory, and restaurant performance.
• Leads by example while helping others become stronger leaders.

• The restaurant runs well because you've developed a strong team.

$28–$32 per hour, based on relevant experience and qualifications. This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable federal and D.C. wage and hour laws.
