Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will have responsibility for full cycle recruitment for open positions, third party vendors, career events, and support the mission, vision, and values of Go-Forth. This will be a collaborative role and assist the Human Resources Director with HR initiatives and priorities to support the rapid growth of Go-Forth. The role will require a minimum of one day onsite per week at Go-Forth’s corporate headquarters in Greensboro, NC. 

Resposibilities Include

  • Support the organization’s compliance with federal, multi-state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies pertaining to talent management. 
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates using sourcing strategies such as passive candidate sourcing, leverage assigned sourcers, and social media.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources and Recruiting team to determine appropriate sourcing strategies.
  • Create and maintain strong networking relationships with internal and external talent sources.
  • Work as a key member in supporting the company’s Diversity Initiatives with a focus on networking and talent acquisition.
  • Conduct preliminary phone interviews/screens with selected candidates to further validate skills, experience and knowledge using behavioral-based interview techniques.
  • Build winning TA strategies by proactively searching for a diverse pool of top industry talent using various recruiting methods.
  • Build networks to find qualified candidates, to include participation at networking events on behalf of the Company.
  • Seek opportunities to implement complex and unique recruiting approaches.
  • Create and foster relationships with colleges and professional organizations in order to attract and recruit diverse candidates.
  • Assist in development of recruitment metrics, and creation of behavioral scorecards with a focus on people driven metrics to ensure Go-Forth is an employer of choice. 
  • Be a brand ambassador for human resources, and participate in building employee, cultural, and our HR brand for current and future employees. 
  • Serve as a core values advocate and role model.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 2 to 3 years of related recruitment experience, preferably in a fast paced and fast growing organization. 

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

Go-Forth Pest Control offers services throughout regions of North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. The main office is located in Greensboro, NC.
