As our Operations & Parts Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing and coordinating parts inventory to support production and customer needs.
• Processing and tracking parts orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborating with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.
• Communicating with customers and vendors to provide exceptional service and resolve inquiries.
• Assisting with operational tasks to keep our processes streamlined and effective.

We’re searching for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and shares our passion for problem-solving and precision. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or relevant field.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members, customers, and vendors.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with inventory management systems and basic office software.
• Team Player: A collaborative mindset with a can-do attitude.
