Go Ecco Climate Control is looking for a proven in-home sales closer to run qualified, hot leads and help homeowners upgrade their comfort and efficiency with new HVAC systems. This is not a cold-calling or canvassing role – you’ll be walking into pre-set appointments with homeowners who already requested service or were referred to us.

What You’ll Do
- Run 5–8 in-home sales appointments per day with qualified homeowners
- Conduct system evaluations and present clear good/better/best options
- Close high-ticket HVAC replacements, add-ons, and upgrades in one or two calls
- Educate homeowners on comfort, efficiency, and financing options
- Use our CRM and process to track activity, quotes, and follow-ups
- Ask for reviews and referrals to generate warm, repeat business
What We’re Looking For
- Proven in-home sales closing experience (HVAC, home services, solar, windows, or similar) preferred
- Strong one-call close skills and confident objection handling
- Self-starter who thrives on commission and takes ownership of their results
- Professional, trustworthy presence in the home and excellent communication
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed
Compensation

Pay: $87,342.00 - $167,859.00 per year
