Role Description
This is an independent contracting role for a Destination Service Consultant in the quad cities - Davenport, Bettendorf, Rock Island, Moline, and East Moline. The role involves supporting clients through their relocation process by offering consulting services tailored to their needs, providing assistance with finding housing, accompanying clients to settling in services, and sometimes connecting to schools in their new location. Day-to-day responsibilities include communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, problem-solving to address challenges, and ensuring an excellent relocation experience. The consultant will act as a resource and guide, ensuring a seamless transition for clients.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of housing, schools, and community resources in your city
- Strong skills in Consulting and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs
- Proficiency in Communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and maintain clear, effective dialogue
- Experience in Customer Service and a focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability in remote work settings
- Familiarity with international relocation processes is advantageous
