What You'll Do
- Review and verify vehicle sales contracts for accuracy and completeness.
- Process and bill vehicle deals accurately and efficiently.
- Perform high-volume data entry while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Ensure all required documentation is complete before billing contracts.
- Work closely with the Sales and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies and obtain missing information.
- Assist with accounting functions, reconciliations, and administrative tasks as required.
- Support month-end and year-end accounting activities.
- Process timely lien payoffs for trade in vehicles.
- Complete ad hoc accounting and administrative projects.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
- Previous experience in data entry, contract verification, billing, or accounting support is preferred.
- Prior dealership accounting or contract billing experience is an asset, but not required.
- Recent graduates with a diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field are encouraged to apply.
- Experience working with CDK is considered a strong asset.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
