Role Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager / General Contractor (GC Licensed) to oversee a residential development in the Victoria Park area consisting of three duplexes. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role responsible for managing the project from pre-construction through completion.
You will take ownership of scheduling, subcontractor coordination, budgeting, inspections, and overall execution—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
What We’re Looking For
• Active Florida General Contractor (GC) license (required)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction/project management
• Strong background in residential ground-up construction
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, timelines, and budgets
• Experience with permitting, inspections, and local compliance
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Compensation
💰 Annual salary starting at $150,000 (based on experience)
