**Director of Sales – ISP Networks**
We are partnering with a fast-growing, highly specialized telecommunications infrastructure provider seeking a Director of Sales to lead growth within its ISP Networks division. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on expanding market presence, driving revenue, and shaping complex network solutions across fiber, wireless, and structured cabling environments.
This is a full-time role based in Massachusetts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new ISP network sales opportunities
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to design and price solutions
- Lead bid strategy, proposals, and scope development
- Work closely with partners and customers to win and deliver projects
- Support project execution to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Drive long-term customer relationships and repeat business
Job Requirements:
- Extensive experience in ISP networking environments
- Proven success in sales or sales leadership roles
- Strong background in fiber deployment (OSP experience a plus)
- Ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value
- Strong collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
