Key Responsibilities
- Present and sell jewelry products to new and existing B2B customers
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Understand and communicate product features and benefits
- Assist with order processing and ensure timely fulfillment
- Contribute to revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Continuously expand product knowledge
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply
